Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring all patrons enjoy their experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines. Take orders from customers accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and answering queries professionally. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold high standards of customer care. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles, is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is essential. Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities. Good basic maths skills for handling transactions efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism. Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or peak hours as required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector.
