Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with interpreters over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication across language barriers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phoneHandling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionProviding exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolutionParticipating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledgeRequirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleaguesAbility to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain a high level of professionalismHigh school diploma or equivalentProven success in a previous customer service or call center positionAbility to work remotely in emergency situationsQualifications
While a multi-language capability is not required, we welcome applicants with language skills who can contribute to our diverse team. To excel in this role, you'll need:
