Outbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote, start dates in June 2026. Key points Major UK insurance company (trusted by millions). Completely remote position. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The Role in a Nutshell You’ll be making outbound sales calls to current, ex-, and potential customers, helping them choose the best insurance products for their appliances or devices. This is a remote role where resilience, rapport-building, and motivation are key to success. If you’re self-motivated, great at building rapport, and thrive in a remote environment, this role is built for you. Day to day, you will be; Calling customers with new products, campaigns and offers Helping customers decide on the best package for them You will be given two weeks initial training, and then ongoing support in your role to ensure you flourish, and achieve your targets. There is lots of opportunity for internal progression within the company. What experience do you need to apply? You will need a background in targeted sales, preferably in a volume environment. This experience can be from selling on the phone or face to face. This does not need to have come from a regulated environment. For the best chance of being shortlisted, ensure your CV has dates and large gaps explained. What’s the reward? Hopefully, a long and successful career in financial services Role essentials Have a history working with direct-to-customer sales of at least 12 months. A great attitude to customer service, sales and working alongside a team. Have access to broadband and a place to work from home (you will be given all the equipment you need). Be able to work shifts with a finish time no later than 19:30 in the week and 17:30 on a Friday. We can only accept candidates who are based in mainland UK, and outside of the London M25 area for this role. Recruitment Process The whole process can move quite quickly depending on how responsive you are. Each does need you to pass the previous one but hopefully this gives you some reassurance on what is involved. Online application (5 mins) Video call with one of the Talent Tent Team (15 minute) 30 minute online assessment from client (30 mins) Interview with client (60 minutes) We will need to see your proof of right to work in the UK as part of the process. Final point Working remotely isn't for everyone. It requires a self-starter mentality, the ability to bounce back from challenges, and a determination to hit your targets without someone physically nearby to cheer you on. Sound like you?
