This opportunity is ideal for a passionate automotive sales professional with a proven track record in vehicle sales, excellent customer relationship abilities, and strong social media advertising skills. The successful candidate must be target-driven, customer-focused, professionally presented, and capable of consistently achieving monthly sales targets within a competitive dealership environment. Minimum Requirements, Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a New & Used Vehicle Sales Executive • Proven and stable sales track record within the motor industry • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Strong selling, closing, and negotiation abilities • Above average advertising and marketing skills on Social Media platforms • Ability to generate own leads and build a strong client database • Computer literate • Valid South African driver’s license • Clear criminal / police record • Must currently reside within the Helderberg / surrounding areas • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills • Contactable references required Duties & Responsibilities: • Selling both new and used vehicles • Reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets • Building long-term customer relationships • Generating leads through networking and social media marketing • Structuring vehicle deals and handling negotiations professionally • Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives • Assisting clients with finance applications and trade-in processes • Following up on leads, quotations, and customer enquiries • Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records • Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Application Requirements: Interested candidates are requested to submit the following documentation: • Detailed and updated CV (containing personal cell number and email address) • Recent professional profile photo • Copy of South African ID • Copy of valid driver’s license • Current or most recent payslip (if available) • Notice period information • 3 Contactable references (Referee full names, job-titles, company names & personal cell numbers) Package & Remuneration • Basic Salary: R11 520.00 per month • Lucrative Commission Structure • Provident Fund Company Contribution • Company Vehicle (Non-taxable benefit) • Company Fuel Incentive Per Unit Sold Example: R200 fuel allocation per unit sold, escalating according to performance and units sold
