JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exteriorStand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and ensure site securityObserve and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reportsResponding quickly to emergencies or threatsMonitoring surveillance camerasProvide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractorsMaintain a clean and professional appearance at all times REQUIREMENTS Must be able to obtain an Unarmed Professional Security License as required by stateMust be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certificationMust be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background checkMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be at least 18 years old or 21 or older for any driving positionproficient English language communication, reading, and writing skillsAble to meet all physical demands, including occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and performing tasks such as bending, climbing, running, walking, and standing for long periods of time as neededPrevious security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience is helpful but not required Certification Requirements S/O License (Preferred)First Aid/CPR/AED Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED
