Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and communicate unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Assist with closing procedures, property checks, and/or crowd and foot traffic monitoring during busy business hours, special events, or peak shopping periods. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
