Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:30 PM - 09:30 PMTue01:30 PM - 09:30 PMWed01:30 PM - 09:30 PMThur01:30 PM - 09:30 PMFri01:30 PM - 09:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, common areas, and visitor activity while assisting staff, patients, and guests with directions and general support related to site procedures. Support a professional environment by observing and reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and by following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
