Your Role Responsibilities As a Francophone Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our French-speaking customers while collaborating with a global team. Your responsibilities include: Customer Support: Assist customers via email, chat, and phone in French and English.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account-related concerns.Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.Documentation: Accurately log interactions and updates using CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce. What We’re Looking For Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2) and proficient in English.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service (BPO, call center, or SaaS is a plus).Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and digital tools.Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
