URGENT HIRING – Remote Clinic Operations Support (eClinicalWorks) Work From Home | U.S. Medical Clinics | 9AM–6PM PST Salary: $600–$900/month (USD) Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Clinic Operations Support professional to directly support the Clinic Director and Managers in managing day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and prior healthcare operations experience. This position is ideal for someone with eClinicalWorks experience who understands clinic workflows and enjoys supporting operations behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Clinic Director Coordinate communication between multiple clinic sites, providers, and management teams Assist with provider payroll processing and tracking Manage clinic purchasing, supply tracking, and inventory coordination Process and reconcile invoices; follow up on discrepancies Verify patient eligibility and support front-end billing workflows Oversee phone system operations (RingCentral) Generate reports and assist with operational data tracking Perform accurate and timely data entry within systems Help streamline workflows and identify operational inefficiencies Other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications Prior experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Strong understanding of clinic operations, billing workflows, and provider coordination Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Comfortable working remotely and independently Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-site clinic operations Familiarity with provider payroll processes Knowledge of medical billing, eligibility verification, and insurance workflows Experience with reporting and data analysis What We Offer Fully remote, work-from-home role Work with established U.S. medical clinics Long-term and stable opportunity Performance-based merit increase program Annual compensation review with potential salary increase Supportive team environment Compensation & Benefits $600–$900 USD/month, depending on experience Weekends off Paid Time Off after 90-day review period 100% Remote – work from anywhere Important Note This is a long-term remote position offered under an Independent Contractor agreement.
