Role: Operations Manager Location: Remote Role Overview: We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep Joveo running efficiently. You will own processes, drive cross-functional execution, and build the operational backbone that scales with the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational workflows across one or more business functionsDesign and implement standard operating procedures and process documentationIdentify operational bottlenecks and lead structured improvement initiativesTrack operational KPIs and produce regular performance reporting for leadershipCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align on operational priorities and resourcesBuild and lead operational team members through clear direction and development support Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an operations management role in a technology or services companyStrong analytical skills — ability to use data to diagnose problems and track outcomesExcellence in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with operations tooling (spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, or similar)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities at scaleEffective communicator and relationship builder across functions and seniority levels Equal Opportunity Employer: Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
