Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Internet Sales / BDC Representative to manage internet inquiries, assist potential customers, and help drive sales. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and excel at delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, chat requests, emails, and phone inquiries.

Assist customers through the online buying process, from initial inquiry to scheduling appointments with our sales team. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects via phone, email, and text. Qualify potential customers and schedule test drives or appointments for the sales team.

Track and report lead activity and performance metrics to management. Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Stay current on inventory, promotions, and specials to inform and guide customers effectively. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering solutions in a timely manner. Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (auto industry experience is a plus).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable with high-volume phone calls and internet-based interactions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to achieve sales targets.
