About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and solutions-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join a UK-based company on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls to ensure every interaction is positive and professional.
