About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and solutions-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join a UK-based company on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls to ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases where necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently RequirementsBased in South Africa with a valid ID or passport Excellent written and verbal English communication skills A friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style Comfortable working with email, live chat platforms, and CRM tools Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace What's on OfferMonthly salary of R18,000 – R28,000 Fully remote — work from anywhere in South Africa Full training and ongoing support provided Be part of a supportive, people-first UK company
