We have been committed to serving the great state of Texas since 1976, providing security officers to clients across industries including commercial real estate, construction, retail, and residential communities. Our private ownership and deep Texas roots give us the flexibility to plan and provide growth not found in smaller or international companies. We are a certified security guard trainer and train our hires free of charge to help you obtain your license.
Job Skills / Requirements
SECURITY OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an valid / active Level II or higher
Preferred age range: 30-35 years oldPrior military experience preferredStrong communication and conflict resolution skillsAbility to remain alert and attentive for extended periodsProfessional appearance and demeanor at all timesReliable transportation and punctuality requiredCommunicate effectively in English, orally and in writing Hours/Schedule will be determined at interview.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to the pool areaVerify resident and guest authorization for entryEnforce all HOA community and pool rulesPrevent unauthorized access and address trespassingProvide a visible security presence to deter disturbancesRespond to incidents and report all activity accuratelyMaintain daily activity logs and incident reportsCommunicate effectively with HOA management and residents
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Commissioned Security Officer
Non-commissioned Security Officer
