Security Special Response Officer This position starts at $19.04 per hour + ongoing opportunities to earn additional bonuses and Weekly Pay / compensation. Position Designated as "On-Call": Your position has been so designated, and an on-call schedule will be provided to you in advance. When pre-scheduled for a shift more than 24 hours in advance (to the start of the shift): $19.04 per hour. If you are scheduled/pick up a shift less than 24 hours in advance (to the start of the shift): $21.04 per hour.
SecureOne Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual with security experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience to serve in the position of Special Response Officer (SRO). Those who have served in the United States military, law enforcement, or other security roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
As a Special Response Officer, you will work in a variety of locations to ensure the division's operations run smoothly by filling open shifts and schedules as directed or assigned. We guarantee full-time hours for SRO security officers / security guards with open availability.

You are expected to respond to voicemails or texts within a reasonable timeframe. Shift Commitment: Must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week (including on-call time). You will be given two off days each week. Response to Calls: Failure to return calls or accept offered work while on-call will result in a strike. Accumulating 3 strikes will result in demotion from SRO to Flex Officer. Minimum Pay Guarantee: If Secureone does not provide enough work to reach 30 hours in a week (and you have not declined offered shifts), you will be paid for a minimum of 30 hours at your base rate. Work Consistency: Going more than one week without picking up any shifts may be considered job abandonment, resulting in voluntary resignation. No shifts = no pay. Availability & Readiness: You must remain work-ready at all times while on-call - physically and mentally fit for duty, unimpaired, and able to safely perform all essential job functions. Communication: Provide and maintain current, accurate contact information with your supervisor for on-call availability. Training & Development: Attend quarterly team meetings and additional training sessions. Secureone is committed to promoting from within. Qualifications: At least 21 years of age Minimum 2-3 years security experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English Ability to pass a background check and drug test Must have a valid Driver's License, with a clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years) Have reliable means of transportation Must obtain or possess required certificates to work as a Security Officer Must have legal right to work in the United States Must always maintain a working telephone About SecureOne Security Services: Security One is a privately owned company that offers security services for residential, industrial, construction, and hospitality locations.
