Our technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services while upholding our standard: Life is Better Polished. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, maintain professionalism, and consistently exceed client expectations. • *Key Responsibilities: • Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company checklists and standards • Follow turnover cleaning procedures when applicable • Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs • Communicate professionally with clients and team members • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies • *Qualifications • Previous professional cleaning experience preferred (but not required — we train the right person) • Strong attention to detail • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass background check • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • *Schedule** • Part-time or full-time positions available • Residential cleanings typically scheduled during daytime hours • Commercial cleanings may include evening shifts Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
