We pride ourselves on being reliable, detail-driven, and committed to results. We’re looking for an Entry Level Concrete Estimator ready to grow in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Manage and pursue leads from inbound calls, emails, and lead-generating websites Review bid invitations and project documentation to identify scope, specs, timelines, and materials Prepare takeoffs and estimates using various estimating programs and company templates Draft clear, professional proposals in Microsoft Word Collaborate with the Lead Estimator for feedback and strategic review Submit finalized estimates and maintain communication with clients Organize bid files, track statuses, and set follow-up reminders Participate in site visits to understand labor needs and installation methods Compare estimated vs. actual job costs to improve pricing accuracy What We’re Looking For Basic construction knowledge and interest in estimating Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable learning new takeoff and estimating tools Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Willing to take feedback and continuously improve Preferred Qualifications Experience with takeoffs or construction project scopes Interest in long-term growth into more complex estimating or project management Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why Join MT and Sons Construction?
