Description As a Trainee Area Manager, you will take ownership of a group of stores, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team development. You will play a key role in strengthening Footgear’s regional presence and ensuring consistent delivery of our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Drive turnover growth and achieve regional sales targetsLead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and their teamsConduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviewsEnsure compliance with company policies and operational standardsExecute merchandising strategies and maintain brand consistencyManage stock control, shrinkage, and asset protectionBuild strong succession pipelines and support talent developmentFoster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the cluster Requirements Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a multi-store retail management roleProven track record in driving sales and operational performanceStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilityValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensivelyAvailability to work on weekends and public holidays.
