Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using GolangBuild scalable, reliable, and high-performance applicationsCollaborate with product managers, QA, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutionsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior developersTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsContribute to system architecture and technical design decisionsImplement security and data protection measures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4–8+ years of software development experience2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang (Go)Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architectureExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithmsExperience with version control systems (Git) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile development methodologiesKnowledge of CI/CD processes and toolsFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)Understanding of security best practices in software developmentExperience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
