Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location. Monitor entry points, gates, badges, and visitor logs to help control access to restricted areas and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and location protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, as directed by site procedures and business needs. Support security-related operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, completing required reports, and helping to identify policy violations, operational concerns, and/or maintenance issues that could affect access control activity. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
