A leading national warehousing and logistics organisation is offering an excellent opportunity for motivated graduates to gain practical, real-world experience within a high-performance National Logistics Management Centre. This 12-month internship is designed to develop future logistics professionals by exposing interns to operational planning, distribution coordination, reporting, and national supply chain execution across multiple depots and clients. You will work closely with experienced logistics managers and operational teams, gaining hands-on exposure to daily transport operations, routing, scheduling, reporting, and client service delivery. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, administration, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist with managing client queries via email and phone Provide administrative support to the Client Services team Maintain and update client records and databases Support onboarding of new clients Follow up on outstanding client requests and documentation Ensure excellent customer service at all times Assist with reporting and general office tasks Requirements Recent graduate or currently studying (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational and time management abilities Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook) Attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team environment Project management/co-ordination Business administration What We Offer Mentorship and training Opportunity for growth within the company Exposure to client relationship management Practical experience with real client projects Contract Duration: 12 Months Remuneration: Market-related stipend Pay: R0,05 per month Work Location: In person
