Job Overview We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Admin Clerk to assist with and ensure the smooth daily operations of our office in Newton Park PE. Key Duties & Responsibilities General Administration: Handle daily clerical tasks, including managing office correspondence, emails, and filing systems.Data Entry & Reporting: Capture and maintain accurate records and general reports.General Finance & Invoicing: Manage and process customer orders Required Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Word (typing, formatting documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, tracking data).Email & Communication: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook or similar email clients for professional correspondence.Accounting Software: Knowledge and hands-on experience using ACCPAC (or Sage 300) is a distinct advantage.Internet & Web: Competent in using search engines, web portals, and basic cloud-based systems for research and file sharingMinimum Requirements & AttributesEducation: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.Experience: A minimum of 2 years experienceDriver’s License: A valid [driver's license] is strictly required.Habits & Lifestyle: Must be a strict non-smoker with highly sober and professional habits.Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Salary: Market related
