Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences. Standing for long periods of time. Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center. Must be able to write and submit reports as needed. Follow site-specific post orders, which may change based on job site requirements. Requirements: Valid Unarmed Security License. Clean background with no criminal record. Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Strong observational and communication skills. Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Qualifications: Valid AZ Guard Card Valid government issued ID card Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States Must have access to reliable transportation Previous experience in a security role is a plus.
