Job Title: Part-Time HR & Payroll Administrative Assistant Location: Site-based at Hillington Industrial Estate Hours: 16–25 hours per week (to be agreed) Working Pattern: Available hours are Monday–Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm (flexible; suitable for school hours) Hours will be split over 5 working days. Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time HR & Payroll Administrative Assistant to support our HR Manager with a range of administrative, payroll, and compliance duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone returning to work, particularly parents seeking flexibility within school hours. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR ManagerAssist with payroll processing and related administrationProcess employee expenses accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain and update HR records and documentationProduce reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BISupport HR processes including onboarding and employee data managementAssist with health & safety administration and compliance trackingGeneral office and administrative duties as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative role (HR or payroll experience desirable)Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly ExcelExperience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently What We Offer Flexible working hours within standard business times Supportive team environment Ideal role for someone returning to the workplace Opportunity to develop HR and payroll experience Remuneration Basis Salary of £27,000.00 per annum Pro rata based on 37.5 hour week excluding breaksOptional healthcare (available after 6 months)Death in service cover at 3x SalaryAccess to additional employee benefits platformDiscretionary annual profit-related bonusPension scheme in line with current government guidelinesAnnual salary reviews each April Quality Commitment RDM operates in line with ISO 9001 quality management principles and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service through defined processes, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
