Position: Construction Laborer Company: Clockwork Construction Inc. Location: 5856 Corp Ave, Suite 200, Cypress, CA Clockwork Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in fast food restaurant remodels and new construction along with other commercial remodel and new buildings. Key Responsibilities: Job responsibilities will include but not limited to: Perform various trades including wood carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation and taping, FRP installation, concrete, installation of doors, frames and hardware, etc. as needed.Installation of Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment.Track and report hours workedFollow direction of Superintendent/lead carpenter on daily tasks to be performed Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industryProficient reading plan and other construction documentationHave excellent written and oral communication skillsAvailable to work extended hours as requiredMotor vehicle driving record that is consistent with Company standards and policiesAble to travel as needed Compensation: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
