You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and sales expertise to deliver a WOW! experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Optimize sales goals by managing time and resources, ensuring consistent sales performance and meeting targets.Build strong relationships with potential customers, reinforcing the value of arenaflex's brand and pet insurance products.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide education, and ensure seamless customer experiences.Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, negotiate, and close sales.**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills** High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred.2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound service environment or direct sales.Proven attendance reliability and flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections and articulate a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.**Preferred Qualifications** Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment.Insurance industry sales experience.Service industry and/or Contact Center experience.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines.Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.**Training and Onboarding** arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, plus one week of nesting.Training start date: September 8, 2025.After training, you'll work a fixed schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule.**Compensation and Benefits** Competitive hourly rate: $20/hour.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.**How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
