Position: Bar Prep- Rooftop (Seasonal) Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of team at The Rooftop Bar at Mission Pacific is North County San Diego's first rooftop dining experience. The menu focuses on Baja-inspired dishes and delicious bites to share, plus a full array of craft cocktails with original recipes from our accomplished team of mixologists. The Bar Attendant, also known as Barback, assists lounge and bar operations. The Bar Back provides assistance to bartenders by maintaining the supply levels for glassware, mixers, ice, beverage and other needed supplies. The Bar Back assists with equipment clearing, ware washing, and guest service, as needed. Please note, your job duties may include additional responsibilities depending on business needs, such as rolling silverware, cleaning, etc. This position is Seasonal.
