As a laborer with PrimeBuild, you won't just be moving materials; you'll be learning from seasoned professionals and gaining valuable experience that can lead to specialized certifications and management roles.Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision to support ongoing projects.Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans where applicable.Technical Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
