Hiring: Service Advisor Location: Veterans Drive Nivel Hills Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines Company: AutoStudio Philippines Corporation Type: Full-Time PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customersProvide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customersSchedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryCoordinate with the workshop team to ensure that repairs and services are completed according to customer specifications and within set timeframesPromote the company’s products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts, to customersUpsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle conditionFollow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsEnsure that all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate service records, including customer information, service history, and invoicesEnsure all service orders, repair details, and billing are documented correctlyCommunicate effectively with technicians and other team members to ensure services are performed according to customer needs and quality standardsSend reminders to clients for PMS schedule and follow-upReport service activity, customer feedback, and performance metrics to the Service HeadMaintain regular updates on service performance and customer satisfactionTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and company goals QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Automotive Technology or any related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience as a Service AdvisorStrong knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and basic diagnostics is a plus •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to explain technical information in a clear and understandable mannerStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksWilling to be trained and adaptable to company processes and standards WHY JOIN US?
