The ideal candidate should be skilled in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and hygiene standards. The role requires hands-on cooking expertise, staff supervision, inventory control, and strict adherence to food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare meals according to approved menu specifications and quality standards Measure, portion, and assemble ingredients accurately Develop and introduce new menu items based on seasonal availability and client preferences Assist in meal planning and menu design in coordination with senior kitchen staff Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow Guide and support junior kitchen staff in food preparation, line cooking, and dish presentation Train new employees on cooking methods, hygiene practices, and safety standards Prepare and manage kitchen staff schedules and shifts Order food supplies, raw materials, and kitchen essentials as required Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO method) Maintain accurate stock records and minimize food wastage Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations Monitor cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage facilities, and equipment Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents Properly use and care for all provided personal protective equipment (PPE) Monitor kitchen equipment performance and report maintenance needs Ensure safe handling and storage of food and kitchen equipment Requirements: Strong knowledge of Arabic and Western cuisine preparation Excellent time management and multitasking skills Leadership and team management abilities Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations Good communication skills Apply for this job
