This is a daytime position focused on maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control access to the propertyVerify and log all visitors, vendors, and deliveriesConduct routine patrols of the premises (interior & exterior)Provide a strong visible presence to deter unwanted activityRespond to incidents, disturbances, or safety concernsWrite detailed Daily Activity Reports and incident reportsProvide excellent customer service and assist employees/guests as neededRequirementsValid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard Card (required)Highly dependable and punctualStrong customer service skillsAbility to effectively de-escalate situationsMust maintain a professional appearance at all timesAbility to remain calm and professional in all situationsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors as neededPreferred QualificationsPrevious security experience in a corporate or professional settingExperience with access control systems and reporting toolsStrong de-escalation skillsWork EnvironmentCorporate/professional settingMix of indoor and outdoor dutiesHigh visibility role requiring professionalism at all timesWhy Join United SecurityCompetitive payPaid time offAnnual raise evaluationsWeekly payDirect depositFree uniform shirts
