We're the single source for VSL® products and technical support in the US—systems that have been used throughout the world since 1956 to build, repair and strengthen bridges, buildings, tanks, and special structures. ## The Role We're looking for Construction Laborers who bring some experience in the construction field as a laborer or technician. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where safety and quality are prioritized 24/7. Your day-to-day work will involve: - Operating power tools including rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and circular saws - Carrying out daily tasks according to defined procedures - Working as part of a team that values solution-oriented thinking and proactive problem-solving - Being comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding conditions - Following safety protocols and using standard PPE at all times It's advantageous if you're familiar with operating large equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers. ## What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic, thriving in a dynamic and positive work environment. You should be: - Comfortable with operating power tools and equipment - Able to speak English clearly - Team oriented with a solution-focused mindset and professional attitude - Safety-oriented in all situations and environments - Able to take instructions and fulfill assigned tasks reliably - Comfortable working at heights - Physically fit for demanding work with good health and stamina - Capable of good hand-eye coordination and standing for extended periods - Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week - Familiar with the use of standard PPE at construction sites You'll need to provide your own transportation, and we require a pre-employment drug screen. ## Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $25 per hour based on your experience.
