Job Title: Entry-Level Rebar Associate / Construction Laborer Job Summary: The Rebar Associate is responsible for assisting with the preparation, placement, and installation of reinforcing steel (rebar) used in concrete construction. This entry-level position supports skilled workers on job sites and requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting rebar and construction materials Measure, cut, bend, and tie rebar using hand tools and equipment Support the placement and securing of rebar according to project specifications and blueprints Maintain clean and organized work areas, including staging materials Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently Perform general labor duties as needed on construction sites Qualifications: No prior experience required; construction or labor experience is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices preferred Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Work Environment: Outdoor construction sites in various weather conditions Fast-paced, physically demanding environment May require early mornings, overtime, and weekend work Skills & Abilities: Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and safety awareness Good communication skills You should be proficient in: Heavy Material Handling
