Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.Handle customer inquiries over the phone and assist in resolving issues.Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience. Benefits: Competitive salary packages.Comprehensive online training.Hybrid work model (only 2 days on-site per week) after the first 3 months.Company-provided laptop, headset, and internet allowance.Clear opportunities for career growth.No night shifts.Five working days per week with two days off.Social and Medical Insurance coverage. Job Requirements Fluency in English is a MUST.Applicants must be University Graduates, Dropouts or Gap-year Students.Egyptian Nationality is required.Excellent Communication Skills.Previous Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
