You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users with software and hardware concerns, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote IT support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues. Assist users with system installations, configurations, and updates. Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems efficiently. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and document resolutions. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Maintain records of support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional assistance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills and QualificationsStrong interest in IT and technology. Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking concepts. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
