Job Description ANMC is a rapidly growing, financially stable mortgage bank based in Tampa, FL with a 22 year track record of success. We pay some of the best commissions in the industry for your self-generated loans and our rates are very attractive so you won't lose deals. You can earn up to 400 basis points per loan ($12,000 on just one 300k loan) by becoming a branch manager with us. You can work from home and wouldn't have to manage anyone unless you decide to hire loan officers. Most lenders require high loan volume to get paid these kinds of commissions. We're ok if you just close loan per month as long as you have the experience. This is a great opportunity to dramatically increase your income and earn what you deserve as an experienced loan officer (must have your state license to be considered). We don't micro manage anyone, this is like running your own business. Our underwriters get your loans closed in a fast, efficient manner which will increase your referral business. We can close loans in as little as 2 weeks from app to closing on clean submitted files.
